REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SiataStyle, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns

  • Defective or damaged items (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong item received
  • Significant quality issues

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased due to change of mind or sizing issues
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

For US Customers:

  1. Contact us at affoutuo69@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return
  3. Once approved, we'll provide a US return address
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  5. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

For International Customers (including UAE):

  1. Contact us at affoutuo69@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return
  3. Due to international shipping costs, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis
  4. For defective items, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
  6. For UAE COD orders, refunds will be issued directly to your store credit
  7. For card payments, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  8. We recommend contacting us before shipping to discuss the best solution

Exchanges We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.

Processing Time Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Dropshipped Items Some items are fulfilled by our trusted partner suppliers. Return addresses may vary by location, but our 7-day return policy and eligibility criteria remain the same.
